OUR REFUND POLICY
We’re sorry you need to return your item(s), but fear not, we’ve made it as painless as possible.
You have the right to a return if the item is damaged or faulty within 14 working days of purchase.
We do not accept returns for customers who have purchased an incorrect size. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they have checked sizing prior to purchasing an item.
UK Returns
If you are in the UK, you will need to contact us via email. please email Jrwaxntuneservices.sales@outlook.com with the following information -
Order number
Name
Address
Date of purchase
Reason for the return
Once we receive this information the return will be processed.
Refunds will be made within 2 working days of receiving the item.
We do not cover the cost of the return delivery, this would have to be covered by the customer.
Please note the initial cost of delivery you paid will not be refunded as this is the cost we paid a third party company to send your item. Your refund will consist of the price of the purchased item only.
International Returns
If you are outside of the UK, please email us at jrwaxntuneservices.sales@outlook.com we will contact you and then you will then need to arrange postage back to us.
